Online rental agreement

We create an online rental agreement for you. Of course, you can add your own terms, omit ours, or provide your own.

Payment

The renter pays online by card or TWINT before pickup, secured through michmieten.ch. Your payout arrives automatically.

Telemetry

After every rental there is a protocol waiting for you: distance driven, duration, top speed and fuel level. Recorded by the GPS adapter in the vehicle, not taken from what the renter tells you.

Included in michmieten M and XL. One-time CHF 109.- per vehicle for the GPS adapter.

Step by step

How does it work?

Step 1

Step 1 - Register

Register for free on michmieten.ch and complete the identity verification (identity and bank account) required for payouts — this is a standard, legally required check, just like at a bank.

Step 2

Step 2 - Create a listing

Create a vehicle listing and describe it as well as possible. Define hourly, daily and weekly prices as well as the minimum rental duration.

Step 3

Step 3 - Review

Your vehicle listing will be reviewed by us and published on our platform.

Step 4

Step 4 - Receive inquiries via WhatsApp

When someone submits a rental inquiry, our michmieten | Assistant sends you a WhatsApp message with the renter's details, so you don't have to answer calls.

Step 5

Step 5 - Accept, adjust or decline

Reply directly in WhatsApp: accept the request, adjust the price, or decline it. Once accepted, a rental agreement is created automatically and sent to the renter.

Step 6

Step 6 - Renter pays online

The renter pays online (card or TWINT) through michmieten.ch before pickup. Once payment is confirmed, they receive the pickup details.

Step 7

Step 7 - Payout via Stripe

You're notified by WhatsApp as soon as payment succeeds. You receive the money through our partner Stripe, which pays it out to your bank account within 3-7 days.
